ABOUT THE PROJECT
Integrity was created out of a desire to fundamentally disrupt the industry and improve life insurance in Australia. They have a strong customer focus built around the entire process being online. As part their CX team I work tirelessly to improve their interactions with advisers and customer through feature development, customer testing and a more cohesive design language.
I worked to provide design guidance and consistency to Integrity’s Advisor Portal by working closely with management, UX designers and developers. I developed, maintained and fully documented portal style guidelines and Sketch Libraries which were used for all feature development and prototyping. I instructed other UX, UI designers and developers in how to use the styleguide and how to build from it.
In additional to the UI work I also developed and tested new features, including running workshops for requirements gathering and solutioning, creating journey maps for new features and prototyped new flows and features to test with advisers and end customers. All of this was to provide tangible enhancements to the portal for advisers and then support developers through build and release in an agile environment.
